Dear Chairman,

Thi letter may ound trange a a requet, but I feel compelled to do o rather than call you. It i a complaint about thoe moking colleague who moke in our meeting.

I am not making a huge fu about triviality, but mot, if not all,of our women colleague agree with me. Smoking may add to ome men＇ manly manner, but moking among o many people i really a nuiance.

The moker themelve, however, eem not to care or know the harm they are doing to

their health and our health. I do wih to top them, but I am not the right man to do o, I am afraid.

That i why I ak you for help. I peak on behalf of all nonmoker who have not complained for their nice manner and their peronal friendhip for the moker. But I do hope omething i to be done about it.

You don＇t have to anwer me by word. All we expect i a cleaner and afer meeting room.
